What to expect during your sauna & cold plunge
First, book your one hour session online before you come. Space is limited to five people per hour. We are located at Coonamessett Farm, 277 Hatchville Road, in East Falmouth, MA. You will see the sauna and cold plunges at the top of the parking lot.
We will check you in upon arrival. Come dressed in your bathing suit or use use one of our private changing tents, and store your personal items in a nook. You can then enjoy the sauna and two cold plunge tanks, moving between them at your own pace. We kindly ask you to rinse off in our rinse station when moving from sauna to cold plunges.
We invite you to gather around the the fire pit before, during, or after your session. This is a community space to relax and enjoy!
