What to expect during your sauna & cold plunge
Book your one-hour session online in advance. Each session is limited to five guests.
We are located at Coonamessett Farm, 277 Hatchville Road, in East Falmouth, MA. The sauna and cold plunges are at the top of the parking lot.
Upon arrival, we’ll check you in and ask you to sign a waiver if you haven’t already done so online. Come dressed in your bathing suit or use one of our private changing tents. Personal items can be stored nearby.
During your session, you’re free to move between the wood-fired sauna and two cold plunge tanks at your own pace. We kindly ask you to rinse off in our rinse station before entering the plunges and to remove sandals before entering the sauna.
We invite you to gather around the the fire pit before, during, or after your session. This is a community space to relax and enjoy!
