About Us
Cape Kiln Sauna was created by two Falmouth residents with the aim of creating a unique community experience. Josh is a farmer at Coonamessett Farm. Sue is an Arctic climate scientist. Caring for the land and for one another is at the heart of this project.
Together we share a belief that people thrive when they reconnect with nature, with each other, and with simple restorative rituals. Our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge are rooted in a farm setting — a place where seasons, weather, and stewardship shape daily life. We wholeheartedly believe sauna sessions offer a fun and healthy way to practice self-care, gather with friends, or enjoy a quiet moment alone.

Coonamessett Farm is a membership-based, pick-your-own farm in East Falmouth, Massachusetts, offering hand-grown food right at your fingertips.
We encourage you to become a farm member—members receive discounted sauna sessions, and during farm hours may explore the 22-acre farm, visit the animals, and pick their own fruits and vegetables.
