To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we do have a few guidelines. Nudity and alcohol are not permitted inside the sauna or plunge tanks. All guests are expected to sit on a small towel (please bring one) inside the sauna. All guests are required to read and sign a waiver before using the sauna or cold plunge, confirming that they do not have any health conditions that could make these experiences unsafe. We also ask guests to follow posted safety guidance and respect the shared nature of the space.
